Stir-fry with Chipolacha

Our resident recipe developer is at it again. A quick and easy stir-fry, kicked up a notch with some flavorful Chipolacha!

 

Serves 2

  • 250g egg noodles
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 handful of mung beans
  • 100g sugar snaps
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chipolacha
  • ground pepper
  • olive oil
  • herbs

 

Instructions:

1) Cook the noodles according to packaging.
2) Fry the onions in the olive oil.
3) Chop the carrots and bell pepper and add it to pan along with peas. Add all the sauces and cook for 10 minutes until veggies are soft.
4) Mix the noodles with veggies and add eggs. Fry for 3 - 4 minutes.
